Galt Festival FAQ's & Guidelines

Please help...to make everyone's experience at Galt Festivals enjoyable.
 We ask our guests to please abide by the following guidelines:
 

Feel free to stand up and cheer, the people in front of you may.

 
All patrons are subject to search without warning.

 
For everyone's safety, no bicycles, skateboards, roller or inline skates
allowed in the concert venue or parking areas. Only manual or motorized wheelchairs
for handicapped patrons are allowed.

 
Handicapped seating will begin at 5:00 pm and wristbanding will occur
at that time. Handicapped patrons may bring immediate family with them. Our
Handicapped Seating Area will accomodate all those with special needs.

 
No pets are allowed on the festival site, except those assisting people with disabilities.

 
Lawn chairs are suggested for optimum viewing, however blankets are allowed.
No more than one (1) chair per person may be brought into the concert venue.

 
No tarps, tents or playpens of any kind will be allowed in the concert venue.

 
No unauthorized solicitation, handbills, or sales allowed on the festival site.  
This includes both the concert viewing area and parking lots.

 
No flash photography, audio, or video recording devices are allowed in the venue.
These items are subject to confiscation.

 
To speed admission into the concert venue, please leave coolers
(hard and soft side) and picnic baskets at home. You will be asked to return them to
your vehicle. No tailgating allowed in festival parking lots.

 
You may not bring beverages or alcoholic beverages on site.

 
For safety's sake, no fireworks, glass containers, cans or grills allowed.

 
Umbrellas may be brought in, but you may be asked to put them
down in the concert area to allow guests to see the stage.

 
Absolutely no firearms are allowed at any Galt Festivals event, even with permit.  

 
Please do not sit or stand in designated aisles in the concert viewing area.

 
Anyone intending to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival MUST HAVE A PICTURE ID.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS regardless of your age. If you feel you have consumed too much alcohol, please find a Galt Festivals staff or security attendant.
We will be happy to call a taxi for you.

 
No camping is allowed on the Galt Festivals site.

 
Stopping on Greenwood Road at any time (even to drop people off) is
strictly prohibited. Please enter the venue driveway and our parking attendants
will assist you in entering and exiting the venue.

 
Our goal is to keep ticket prices as inexpensive as possible.
Ticket scalping is illegal and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
